At this pre-launch stage, we may collect your email address when you voluntarily submit our early-access waitlist form. We do not collect any other personal information at this time.

Your email address is collected through our waitlist form. Energy Compass stores your email in a secure database solely for the purpose of notifying you at launch.

We collect your email address solely to notify you when Energy Compass launches. We will not use it for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties, except as required by Australian law.

6. Overseas Disclosure

We use the following third-party services which may process or store your information on servers located outside Australia:

Google Firebase (Google LLC) — stores your email address and provides our cloud infrastructure. Google participates in applicable international data protection frameworks and implements appropriate safeguards.

Cloudflare, Inc. — provides bot and fraud protection via the Turnstile service. When you submit the waitlist form, your IP address is sent to Cloudflare solely to verify you are human. Cloudflare's privacy practices are described at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

7. Accessing or Correcting Your Information

Under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the right to request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. Please contact us at hello@energycompass.ai.

8. Complaints

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), please contact us first at hello@energycompass.ai. If we cannot resolve your concern within 30 days, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
