Your email address is collected through a Google Form operated by Google LLC. Energy Compass does not store your personal information on its own servers. Your data is held by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Why We Collect It

We collect your email address solely to notify you when Energy Compass launches. We will not use it for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties, except to Google LLC as the operator of the form service we use, or as required by Australian law.

6. Overseas Disclosure

Google may process and store your information on servers located outside Australia. Google participates in applicable international data protection frameworks and implements appropriate safeguards.
